About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to provide dedicated support to two C‑Suite members of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT). This role requires exceptional diary management, administrative efficiency and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Responsibilities
* Proactively manage complex diaries, scheduling meetings, travel and appointments to optimise time efficiency.
* Coordinate all aspects of meetings, including agenda preparation, minute‑taking and follow‑up on action points.
* Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries with professionalism and discretion.
* Draft and manage correspondence, reports, presentations and other documentation as required.
* Ensure efficient document and records management, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
* Process expenses relating to leadership activities.
* Work with internal and external teams as required.
* Conduct research and provide background information to support decision‑making.
* Arrange complex travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations and transfers.
* Organise and support corporate events, team offsites and external engagements.
* Manage logistics for client visits, conferences and networking events.
* Build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
* Liaise with other PAs and administrative professionals to ensure alignment across the organisation.
* Support the wider team where necessary, including covering for other administrative roles during leave periods.
About You
* Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
* Strong administration skills.
* Diary management of multiple calendars.
* Communication and stakeholder management.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with excellent attention to detail.
* High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
* Proactive approach to problem‑solving and ability to work independently.
* Strong IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools.
* Ability to adapt in a fast‑paced and evolving environment.
