About You: We are seeking a qualified teacher who:
* Is an experienced SENDCo or an aspiring SEND leader with substantial classroom experience
* Holds, or is willing to undertake, the National Award for SEN Coordination
* Has a deep understanding of the SEND Code of Practice, EHCP processes and person-centred planning
* Can lead and inspire staff, monitor progress rigorously, and develop high-impact interventions
* Believes in every child’s right to a fully inclusive and ambitious education

* Contract: Permanent
* Salary: MPS/UPS + TLR (depending on experience)
* Start Date: September 2025 (or earlier by negotiation)
