As a Home Instead Care Professional, you will play a vital role in helping individuals continue living life on their own terms. We’re looking for Care Professionals who are kind and compassionate and are dedicated to delivering the highest standard of care, understanding our values and mission. Providing continuity to both Client and Care Professional means you will see the same Clients every week, with minimum 1-hour visits enabling you to build a relationship and a routine in the comfort of their home focused on quality of life.
Quality Time That Matters Our minimum one-hour visits allow you to build genuine, trusted relationships—giving you the time to support, listen, connect, and make a real difference.
Responsibilities
* Offer friendly companionship and assist with daily activities, helping clients remain active, engaged, and confident in their routines.
* Support with personal care and practical tasks, ensuring clients feel safe, comfortable, and treated with dignity.
* Assist with supporting independence in the community, including accompanying clients on shopping trips, attending appointments, or supporting social activities.
* Provide continuity by working with the same Clients regularly to build relationships and routines in the home.
Requirements
* No previous experience or qualifications required; we are looking for caring, reliable individuals with strong communication skills and a genuine desire to make a difference.
* Must hold a valid UK driving licence and have access to a reliable vehicle.
