Responsibilities will include: Drafting legal documentation and preparing contract packs Assisting with completions and post-completion formalities Ordering property searches and obtaining Land Registry documents Liaising with clients, estate agents, and solicitors Managing case files and updating the case management system Handling general administrative duties and supporting the wider team The Ideal Candidate The successful candidate will: Have experience working in a legal support role (ideally within conveyancing) Be organised, proactive, and confident in managing deadlines Possess excellent communication and client care skills Have strong attention to detail and good IT skills Be a team player with a positive and professional attitude Experience within a busy conveyancing team and familiarity with case management systems will be advantageous but not essential.
