Your Role as a Primary LSA Will Include
* Supporting pupils in and out of the classroom with both learning and wellbeing
* Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
* Assisting teachers in delivering creative, accessible lessons
* Being a consistent, caring presence who celebrates every child’s progress
What We’re Looking For
* A genuine passion for working with children
* Confidence building respectful, supportive relationships with pupils and staff
* Patience, positivity, and flexibility in the classroom
* Previous experience in schools, nurseries, or youth work is welcome but not essential
