The Role
The Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer will maintain, install, and refurbish fabric and equipment across the GBS UK estates portfolio. They will monitor the condition of GBS buildings, undertake repairs and renovations, and assist Estates and Facilities in planning refurbishment projects. Travel to other GBS UK campuses may be required, and flexible working will be necessary to accommodate business operations. Work is 40 hours per week, covering campus operating hours from Monday to Sunday, 7:00am to 9:30pm, with occasional out‑of‑hours duties.

Qualifications
* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification
* City & Guilds Level 2 and/or Level 3 in Electrical Installations, or equivalent NVQ, or demonstrable experience to the same standard.
* Previous experience in building maintenance including M&E systems.
* Manual skills, knowledge of refurbishment techniques.
* A flexible and proactive approach with a "can do" attitude.
* Familiarity with COSHH requirements for equipment and chemicals used.
* Interpersonal skill and ability to work on one’s own and as part of the facilities team.
* Full, Clean Driving License
