Lead HSEQ Manager – Energy Infrastructure (Substations & Overhead Lines)
Part of a nationwide infrastructure programme supporting the UK’s energy transition. Leading HSEQ strategy and delivery across high-voltage substations and overhead line projects (11kV to 275kV).
Location: UK Wide (Hybrid – with occasional travel to regional offices and project sites)

Role Description
The Resolute Group is working in partnership with a leading energy infrastructure contractor delivering a major programme of works across the UK’s transmission and distribution network. This role is a key leadership position within the HSEQ function, supporting the safe and compliant delivery of complex, high-risk infrastructure projects.
Reporting to the Head of Health & Safety, you will lead a dispersed team of HSEQ Managers and Advisors, providing strategic direction and operational oversight across multiple live projects. These include new build substations and overhead line works as part of long-term frameworks with SSE, National Grid and other major clients.
This is a hybrid role with UK-wide travel, requiring a visible presence on-site and in regional offices to support teams and drive a proactive safety culture.
Required Experience
* Proven experience in a senior HSEQ role within high-risk sectors (e.g. energy, utilities, T&D, civil engineering)
* Strong understanding of infrastructure projects involving substations and overhead lines (11kV to 275kV)
* Experience managing geographically dispersed teams and multi-site operations
* NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent), TechIOSH or CMIOSH
