Lead the design and development of robust software solutions using modern web technologies, particularly JavaScript (React.js / TypeScript). Provide technical guidance and mentorship to software engineers, encouraging a culture of improvement and innovation. Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality and innovative products, ensuring alignment with business goals. Develop modular, testable code and ensure adherence to standard methodologies in source code management using Git. Utilise integration tools and cloud infrastructure to implement seamless solutions, ensuring smooth deployment processes. Champion agile development practices, including continuous integration and test automation (TDD, BDD, Playwright). What you’ll need: Extensive experience with modern web technologies, especially TypeScript / JavaScript (ideally React.js and Node.js), and Java with Spring Boot. Knowledge of AI and Algorithms would be desirable. Demonstrated capability to write modular, testable code and implement standard methodologies. Deep understanding of Git and managing change within a source code management system. Comprehensive knowledge of the entire application stack. Significant experience with integration tools and cloud infrastructure. Strong knowledge of agile development practices, continuous integration, and test automation (TDD, BDD, Playwright).
