About Us:
We are an established Greek restaurant known for offering authentic Mediterranean flavors and a warm dining experience. We are currently seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team and help us deliver high-quality, traditional Greek dishes to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare, cook, and present traditional Greek and Mediterranean dishes to a high standard
* Maintain consistency, taste, and presentation of all menu items
* Oversee kitchen operations and ensure food safety and hygiene regulations are followed
* Collaborate with management to design and develop seasonal menus
* Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies
* Train and supervise junior kitchen staff when needed
Qualifications & Skills:
* Proven experience as a Chef, ideally in Greek or Mediterranean cuisine
* Strong knowledge of traditional Greek recipes, ingredients, and cooking methods
* Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
* Ability to perform well under pressure in a busy kitchen environment
* Food hygiene and safety certification (preferred)
* Greek language is preferred (Η γνώση της ελληνικής γλώσσας θα θεωρηθεί προσόν)
