We are looking for a motivated and detail-focused Community Safety Officer to support our Quality and Performance function within the Community Safety service.
Responsibilities
* Produce and analyse performance data and dashboards across ASB, CCTV and wider Community Safety priorities
* Support case triage, data recording and system management to ensure accurate and timely service delivery
* Contribute to service improvement through insight, reporting and quality assurance activity
* Work closely with internal teams and partners to support effective, evidence-led decision making

Qualifications
* Experience working within a community safety, ASB, CCTV or similar environment
* Strong IT and data analysis skills, including use of business systems and reporting tools
* Experience of producing performance reports and using data to support service improvement
* Ability to manage competing priorities and work with minimal supervision
* Excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service
You will play a key role in supporting performance monitoring, quality assurance and system development across Community Safety, helping ensure services are consistent, compliant and continuously improving.
The role requires someone who is proactive, analytical and able to manage large volumes of information accurately, whilst contributing to wider service priorities including tackling anti-social behaviour, protecting vulnerable residents and supporting safer communities.
