Axcis Education is on the lookout for caring, enthusiastic and proactive Teaching Assistants who are passionate about education — particularly those who have a keen interest in Special Educational Needs (SEN). What you’ll be doing - Working alongside class teachers to support pupils in the classroom - Providing targeted support to children with additional needs (e.g. Autism, ADHD, speech and language challenges) - Supporting with daily routines, classroom tasks and activities - Encouraging positive behaviour, focus and emotional wellbeing - Creating a nurturing and inclusive learning space for all pupils We’d love to hear from you if you have: - A genuine interest or experience in SEN support - A patient and encouraging attitude - Flexibility to support across EYFS, KS1, or KS2 - A current DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one) - Previous experience in a school is great – but not essential What’s in it for you? ?
