How you'll make an impact Manage a portfolio of litigated motor claims to the highest standards. Conduct negotiations via telephone and correspondence with third parties, insurers, and representatives to achieve timely settlements. Ensure full compliance with office protocols, client service level agreements, key performance indicators, and The Solicitors Accounts Rules. Maintain 100% data integrity within the office case management system. Provide technical support to the recovery department, including handling litigation queries and reviewing/approving litigation documents. Maximise legal cost revenue on higher-value claims for technical handlers. About You Proven experience in motor claims handling, particularly with litigated claims Strong ability to work independently while also excelling in a team setting A proactive approach to achieving results and maintaining outstanding standards Outstanding communication and negotiation skills Ability to strictly adhere to compliance and regulatory standards Eligible to work in the UK. #LI-PH1 Compensation and benefits On top of a competitive salary, great teams and exciting career opportunities, we also offer a wide range of benefits.
