Responsibilities: * Answering incoming calls * Answering sales and aftersales enquiries * Putting b2b orders on the system * Liaising with Agents * Booking shipments * Answering live chats * Arranging and hosting showroom visits, and test rides. * Ability to prioritise workload based on importance * Managing dealer accounts Skills: * Confident answering the Phone is essential * Driving license * Back office software experience * High attention to detail * Excellent standard of writing/spelling * Great problem solving initiative * Prior bike shop experience – face to face & remote * Willingness to attend trade shows with the team, outside of normal working hours. * Ability to work in a fast paced environment efficiently * Microsoft office competency Working hours: 8.30am - 5pm Finer details: * 28 days holiday including bank holidays. * Cycle to work scheme * Pension scheme * Free Onsite parking * Staff discount * Company Events Payrate: £24,433.50 - £25,837.00 per annum (Depending on experience) If you are interested in the role, and have the relevant experience please apply with your CV or give us a call on (phone number removed)
