Eaton Syalon are currently partnering with a well-established and growing organisation in Derby to recruit a Customer Service Administrator to join their busy customer support team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys providing excellent service, managing customer communications, and supporting internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience.
You must be able to drive to be considered for this role.
Responsibilities may include:
Handling customer enquiries via phone, email, and shared inboxes
Processing customer orders, requests, and system updates accurately
Maintaining up-to-date customer records and documentation
Liaising with internal departments to resolve queries and issues
Producing written correspondence, reports, and basic data tracking
Supporting service improvements and customer satisfaction initiatives
Providing general administrative and coordination support to the team
