What are we looking for?
Your role as Business Enabling Services Support Officer will be to facilitate and coordinate a comprehensive and cohesive approach to mandatory business processes, including complaints, information requests, and vacancy management. The focus will be on processing and monitoring complaints and inquiries received both directly and indirectly into the Director of Health and Social Care. Additionally, this role will provide project management support and harmonize various aspects related to the effective functioning of the Business Enabling Portfolio.
You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop effective working relationships with colleagues. A proactive approach, prioritizing workloads to meet conflicting demands, and attention to detail are essential.

Hours of work: 30 hours
Location: Flexible hybrid working arrangement from home and base at Fife House, Glenrothes, Fife.
