Responsibilities
The Counter Manager is responsible for achieving retail objectives in store. By leading your team by example, you will maximize sales opportunities and ensure excellent customer service and shopping experiences.
Duties include:
* Management: Motivating staff, delegating roles, meeting sales targets, maintaining high customer service standards.
* Sales Goals: Achieving counter and service sales targets through team delegation, customer connections, product demonstrations, beauty/brow services, and booking appointments.
* Brow services: Waxing, Tinting, Tweezing—full training provided to become a Brow Expert!
* Teamwork: Conducting daily team meetings, effective communication, recognizing positive work to motivate the team.
* Promotion and Events: Creating in-store and external events, including new product launches and charity events.
* Stock: Keeping the counter stocked and reporting concerns promptly.
* Communication: Maintaining open communication with store and area managers.
* Administration: Completing all administrative tasks timely, assisting with area manager admin as needed.
* Staff Rotas: Preparing fair monthly staff schedules.
* Hygiene: Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene at the counter and displays.
Qualifications
Counter Managers may work weekends, late nights, and bank holidays along with weekday shifts.
