An ambitious and well:established law firm in Berkshire is looking to recruit a Real Estate Solicitor to strengthen its award:winning Property team, one of the most respected outside of London. Ideally suited to candidates with around 3:6 years' PQE, this role offers exposure to high:calibre, varied commercial property work in a supportive, growth:focused environment.
You'll be joining a firm known for its excellent client service, first:rate legal work, and impressive roster of clients, ranging from developers and investors to major financial institutions and rural landowners.
You'll enjoy a diverse and stimulating caseload, including:
: Commercial lease work across office, industrial, and retail sectors
: Residential development projects (large:scale, often high:value)
: Acquisition and disposal of investment property
: Property finance and secured lending transactions
: Agricultural and estates work involving rural and landed property
: Landlord and tenant matters for a range of commercial clients
What We're Looking For:
: Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales
: Ideally 3:6 years' PQE in commercial property or real estate (flexibility on level)
: A pragmatic, commercially:minded legal approach
: Strong client communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships
: Interest in business development and networking
: Collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for learning and career progression
