What you'll be doing:
Managing product recall cases
Handling inbound and outbound communication in German
Updating systems accurately and efficiently
Providing clear, professional support to customers
What we're looking for:
Fluent German (written and spoken)
Strong administrative and communication skills
Good attention to detail
Available to start in March
