Graduate Surveyor programme
The Graduate Surveying programme ensures our graduates achieve qualified status through either the MRICS (APC) or AssocRICS (ATC) pathways. Our training programme, coupled with valuable on-the-job experience, enables our graduates to realise their full potential as working professionals and to pursue their ambitions to become leading surveyors of the future.
What the job involves
In a nutshell, our Graduate Surveyors will work on utilities and infrastructure projects, helping to manage land-related issues during the development of infrastructure such as pipelines, power lines, or roads. The role includes negotiating access agreements, assessing and handling compensation claims for landowners, ensuring regulatory compliance, and minimising the impact of projects on agricultural land and rural properties. You will act as the intermediary between our clients and landowners, overseeing effective land access and management while ensuring fair compensation and resolving disputes.
