Role Overview:

* Excellent communication skills.
* Self-starter, flexible, innovative, and adaptable.
* Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration at all organizational levels.
* Ability to work with regional and global partners within a complex organization.
* Excellent project management and organizational skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Data proficiency and experience working with application development or product teams.
* Familiarity with Agile methodology is a plus.
Education:
* Bachelor’s degree; experience in compliance, legal, or control functions within financial services, regulatory, legal, or consulting firms. Advanced degree preferred.
What we can offer you:
We prioritize positive social and financial impact, offering comprehensive benefits including a hybrid working model (up to 2 days remote), competitive salary, generous holiday allowance, performance bonuses, private medical insurance, Employee Assistance Program, Pension Plan, Paid Parental Leave, discounts, and development resources.
