MOT Technician
Location: Epsom
Basic Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per year
Bonus Scheme: £6,000 - £12,000 per year
Working Hours: 5.5 days per week

The Role
Our Client is seeking a skilled and qualified MOT Technician to join their experienced team. The successful candidate will have a sharp eye for detail, a commitment to high standards, and the ability to deliver precise and efficient MOT testing and maintenance work.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out MOT tests in line with DVSA standards and regulations.
* Perform vehicle inspections, maintenance, and repairs as required.
* Ensure all work is completed accurately, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
* Maintain detailed records and ensure compliance with company and DVSA procedures.
* Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and colleagues.
* Contribute to a positive and productive workshop environment.
Requirements
* Valid MOT Tester Licence (Class 4 and/or 7) - essential.
* Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair Qualification (or equivalent).
* Full UK driving licence.
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Professional, reliable, and customer-focused attitude.
