Finance Admin Assistant – £26,000 + Benefits – Swindon, SN3 4DE


The Role

Want to kick‑start your career in finance and operations with real opportunities to grow? Looking for a role where you can build practical skills, take ownership of your work, and become a key part of a small, supportive team?

Join Thrion, at our Swindon offices as our Finance and Administration Assistant. Youll be at the heart of day‑to‑day operations, gaining hands‑on experience that sets you up for long‑term success.

This is a full‑time, permanent position ideal for someone early in their career—whether youre a graduate or have some admin or finance experience. Youll support our Finance and Operations teams, building skills in accounting, logistics and business support.

Key Responsibilities

* Update financial records and ledgers – sharpen your accuracy and attention to detail
* Manage credit control – boost your confidence handling finance tasks and customer communication
* Support inventory and planning – learn how stock and supply chains are managed in a growing business
* Liaise with suppliers – develop professional communication and relationship‑building skills
* Handle office admin tasks – stay organised and support smooth daily operations
* Use Excel and Microsoft Office – strengthen your digital skills with tools used across industries

The person

You don’t need years of experience—you just need to be ready to learn, take initiative, and bring a can‑do attitude.

We’re looking for someone who:

* Is confident using Excel and Microsoft Office

* Communicates clearly and enjoys being part of a team
* Is organised, adaptable and eager to grow
* Bi‑lingual English and Mandarin speakers are a bonus, but not essential
