Central Employment are working with a multi-service Professional Services organisation, as they look to recruit a Business Development Manager, joining their established Marketing & BD team in Newcastle.
Business Development Manager profile:
To drive the firm's expansion and revenue growth by strategically identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities.
Main responsibilities:
1. To assist in the development and delivery of the firm's and the individual departmental strategic business development plans and ensure that the business development objectives support the delivery of these plans.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their legal needs, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling or upselling legal services.
3. Support client relationship partners in managing client relationships and in promoting growth in our key sector areas.
4. Proactively engage with clients to identify new business opportunities and foster long-term relationships.
5. Proactively work with partners and fee-earners on structured client development, including targeting and developing relationships with clients, taking formal responsibility as the Business Development lead on client and work winning matters.
