Full Time - 37hrs per week, 1 year Fixed Term (Maternity Cover).

Workplace: Neighbourhood Offices (Ridingleaze House, Welsman Office, Symes House)

As Partnership Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the development of Early Help, Family Help & Safeguarding across Bristol. Working closely with service leaders and teams, you'll help implement and develop our neighbourhood operating model to deliver effective, joined-up support for children and families.

You'll build and maintain strong partnerships across the city, driving cross-agency integration Which includes commissioning and performance managing specialist agencies seconded into the service, in areas including domestic abuse, employability, substance misuse, and mental health, ensuring positive outcomes for children and families.

You'll also lead the planning and delivery of Multi-Agency Network meetings and events, both virtually and in person, and produce key communications such as bulletins and directories.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Family Help & Safeguarding teams, building on strong foundations and driving forward positive change. You'll play a key role in strengthening relationships with both community, voluntary and statutory partners, working collaboratively to deliver on local and national priorities.

For permanent Bristol City Council employees, this post will be a secondment.

For employees who are currently on a fixed term contract with Bristol City Council, the secondment must not extend beyond the end of the fixed term period to ensure there is a substantive post to return to.

If you are currently a casual worker or a member of an employment agency (currently working with Bristol City Council) this post will be a fixed term contract.
