We’re looking for an organised and proactive Events Coordinator to support the planning and delivery of a wide range of client events.
You’ll work closely with the Events Team to coordinate projects from initial enquiry through to execution, ensuring everything runs smoothly, on time, and to a high standard.
This is a hands‑on role for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys working across multiple projects, and has a strong eye for detail.
What will you be doing?
Supporting Event Managers to deliver events from enquiry through to execution
Managing client enquiries, briefs, and proposals
Researching venues and negotiating rates with suppliers
Coordinating logistics, meetings, and event planning activities
Managing contracts, invoices, and event administration while working with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery
Events Co-ordinator Requirements
Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
Confident communicator, able to work effectively with clients and suppliers
Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with familiarity using tools such as Google Analytics and CRM/reporting systems
Self‑motivated, flexible, and able to work independently or as part of a team
