Senior Finance Manager | London | Listed Tech | £75,000 – £85,000 + Package
Goodman Masson is partnering with a high-growth, listed media-tech business to hire a talented Finance Manager. This is a rare opportunity to join a fast-scaling, highly profitable company where you’ll take a lead role in shaping the finance function during a critical phase of expansion. The role offers 2 days in the office and 3 days remote.
Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you’ll manage a team of 2. This is a broad, hands-on role with significant influence – ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and aims to drive change.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead delivery of statutory and management accounts (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
* Oversee financial reporting, tax, audit, treasury, and internal controls
* Oversee year-end audit process - partnering with external auditors
* Manage FP&A processes
* Maintain cash flow visibility and support working capital management
* Lead on VAT submissions and tax compliance
* Assist with technical accounting
* Be a key driver of financial discipline and control across the business
