You will ideally have: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (Children and Young People’s Services) or working towards Proven experience managing an Ofsted-registered children’s home Strong understanding of EBD, trauma-informed care, and complex needs Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills A strong commitment to safeguarding and high-quality care standards The ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing teams A child-centred approach with a genuine passion for making a difference About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced and inspirational Dual Children’s Home Manager to lead two newly established residential homes for children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).
