The Role
As a high‑skill Sales Development Representative, you’ll play a critical role in driving a qualified pipeline across OEM, leasing and fleet clients.
You’ll:
* Work on our complex OEM/Leasing Company Prospecting Campaigns
* Use CRM and sales intelligence tools to manage and optimise the pipeline
* Apply structured sales methodologies (e.g. MEDPIC, BANT)
* Consistently deliver high‑quality appointments and conversion outcomes
* Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
* Contribute to best practice, process improvement and innovation
You’ll also support ROI’s continued leadership in AI‑enabled sales strategies, blending data, insight and human conversation.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven B2B sales development or appointment‑setting experience
* A consultative sales approach with strong questioning and listening skills
* Confident use of CRM systems and digital prospecting tools (Salesforce desirable)
* Understanding of structured sales methodologies and sales processes
* Experience within automotive, leasing or fleet environments (highly desirable)
* A strong ownership mindset with consistent performance delivery
* Ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment while maintaining quality conversations
* Comfortable working autonomously while contributing to team success
