Overview
An exciting opportunity to join the NHS Borders Primary & Community Services admin hub as a CTAC Admin Assistant. The P&CS Hub operates Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00. Various hours are available, from part time up to 36 hours per week. These roles are based in NHS Borders admin hub at Newstead with occasional travel to other admin bases across the Borders. Training will be provided.
Responsibilities
* Answer the telephone and book appointments
* Greet patients and provide front-line administrative support
* Support colleagues across the wider Community Treatment and Care service (CTAC)
Requirements / Qualifications
* Enthusiastic and motivated individuals who can work flexibly
* Training will be provided
* Salary quoted is for full-time hours (37 hours per week); part-time salaries are pro-rata
Working Arrangements
* Fixed term position until 31/03/2026
* Based at NHS Borders admin hub at Newstead; occasional travel to other bases across the Borders
