Were after a Restaurant Manager who can own the floor and the figures.

Youll be trusted with training, leading, and growing a tight:knit front:of:house team, while keeping an eye on labour costs, GP, and overall performance.
What youll be doing:
* Leading confident, sharp briefings that actually land
* Coaching waiters and runners to be brilliant, not just functional
* Driving sales through smart upselling and strong floor presence
* Working shoulder to shoulder with a talented GM who builds serious teams
* Championing standards : if its not right, it doesnt leave the pass
