Overview
We are currently seeking to employ an enthusiastic Senior Recovery Worker who has knowledge and experience in the field of mental health. We require a dynamic, motivated, pro-active and well organised individual who has the ability and skills to successfully lead the co-ordination and management of our 24hr service for adults with mental health needs.
Our Mental Health Residential Service in Burslem provides recovery focused support which is tailored to each individual’s support plan.
Responsibilities
* Lead the staff team in providing the highest standards of customer care and person-centred service delivery, meeting the standards set out by our commissioners and the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
* Work in partnership with commissioners and the multi-disciplinary team to provide a coordinated service which achieves positive outcomes for the people we support.
Requirements / Qualifications
* Experience in supervising and mentoring a team
* Excellent communication skills
* NVQ Level 3/5, DipSW or a management qualification
