Are you looking for that perfect part time administrative role in a wonderful childcare setting?
First Steps Childcare Group is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and committed part time Childcare Administrator to join the First Steps Hub Team in Chichester to support all of the nurseries within the group.
You will enjoy working as part of a small friendly team set within a childcare environment and undertake a range of administrative duties supporting the sales and admissions processes of the nurseries and will deal with a variety of customers including our parents, college staff & students and external agencies.
You will work efficiently as part of the team but will be comfortable working under your own initiative as the role demands and have a good eye for detail and accuracy with proven interpersonal skills. You will have GCSEs at grade C/4 or above (or equivalent) including English Language and Maths. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and previous administration experience is essential.
