Job Description
You will be responsible for leading a team of Key Account Managers and Account Managers to deliver commercial performance across the wholesale channel. This role focuses on driving revenue growth, managing key customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Delivering and executing the UK ROI wholesale plan and ensuring operational excellence.
This is a field-based role.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Development
* Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Key Account Managers and Account Managers.
* Set clear objectives, KPIs, and performance standards aligned with business goals.
* Foster a collaborative, customer-focused culture within the team.
Commercial Delivery
* Own and deliver the wholesale sales targets for the UK & ROI.
* Monitor and manage account performance, ensuring profitability and growth.
* Support the forecasting and budgeting process for the wholesale channel.
Customer & Account Management
* Oversee the management of key wholesale accounts, ensuring strong relationships and service levels.
* Support the team in negotiations, joint business planning, and promotional execution.
* Act as an escalation point for key customer issues.
