Sales Coordinator
Percepta invites applications for a full‑time, permanent, hybrid role (2 onsite / 3 home) based in the United Kingdom. The position requires 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4 pm. The base salary is £26,500, with on‑target earnings (OTE) up to £41,000.
Responsibilities
The Sales Coordinator supports the Component Sales (FCS) team by driving revenue growth through new business development and strong account management. Key duties include:
* Engaging proactively with customers via phone, email, and chat, while logging all interactions in Salesforce.
* Managing the full sales cycle: qualify leads, schedule appointments, secure purchase orders, and coordinate order processing with internal teams.
* Collaborating with product development, purchasing, finance, sales, and marketing to deliver timely, accurate responses.
* Preparing accurate pricing and quotations, ensuring compliance with internal approval processes.
* Maintaining and updating CRM data to minimise pricing, invoicing, and order errors.
* Managing customer quotes, registrations and pricing documentation.
* Co‑ordinating supply chain activities, issuing RFQs, and supporting analysis.
* Generating new sales opportunities through prospecting, research, outreach and follow‑ups to meet activity targets.
* Supporting enquiries, promoting product knowledge, and coordinating qualified sales meetings.
Qualifications
* Previous entry‑level sales experience with outbound prospecting, target achievement and closing sales; B2B experience is an advantage.
* Familiarity with SAP, Salesforce and automotive parts.
* A‑level education or equivalent experience.
* Strong sales, negotiation and client‑relationship management skills with the ability to handle objections.
* Excellent communication, research, analytical, organisational and time‑management skills.
* Proactive, IT‑literate and confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
