We are recruiting for a Head of Psychology to lead the Psychology Team here at Cleeve from January 2026. We are looking for a leader who can demonstrate excellent leadership, management and communication skills, with a powerful vision for further enhancing the subject and its curriculum across our Sixth Form Centre of Excellence.
You will have a strong understanding of what effective Teaching & Learning looks like for children of all abilities and will entirely believe that our students can achieve brilliantly, within the right Teaching & Learning environment.
Psychology is a popular subject across our Sixth Form programme of study. Its diversity and inclusion adds real value and breadth across our academic post-16 provision.
Cleeve is looking to appoint someone with a burning passion for the subject and a desire to take it to the next level of performance.
