Retrofit Assessor (Chelmsford)
Seeking qualified Retrofit Assessors based in Chelmsford : 3:5 days availability
The Opportunity:
Volume of 10:20 Retrofit Assessments per week
Pre:booked Appointments.
Work within the SHDF Scheme, producing accurate and compliant reports to support installation projects.
Assess a range of measures including EWI and Loft Insulation.
Requirements:
Qualified Retrofit Assessor with ECMK (essential).
Good knowledge of PAS 2035 standards.
Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle.
Desirable Experience:
Conducting Technical Surveys (EWI + Loft).
Job modelling to support retrofit design and compliance.
Asbestos Awareness Certificate
Manual Handling Certificate
