Fancy working in a tech-fuelled business?
If you’re an experienced Account Manager ready to take your skills into a fast-paced, purpose-led environment – read on...
JD&Co. is working with a mission-driven company that connects leading employers with emerging talent through powerful campaigns, virtual events, and development programmes. They’re scaling, and this new role offers the chance to make a real impact.
You’ll play a central role in delivering brilliant client programmes – from mentoring schemes and digital events to content campaigns – all aimed at elevating employer brands and driving engagement with future talent.
If you’re someone who thrives on organisation, collaboration and seeing projects through from start to finish, this could be a great next step.
What you’ll be doing:
Project Delivery – Take ownership of day-to-day delivery for mentoring schemes, events, and employer campaigns, keeping everything on track across teams and timelines.
Client Success – Build strong relationships with clients, clearly communicate progress, and contribute to long-term retention and upsell opportunities.
Content Coordination – Manage the flow of assets, content, and platform updates. Keep briefs, deadlines, and internal comms aligned.
Operational Support – Use internal systems (like CRMs) to track milestones and support wider team delivery.
Insight & Feedback – Gather client and participant feedback and help turn it into actionable improvements.
About you:
* You’ve got solid experience in account or project management – either from agency or in-house.
* You’re a confident communicator and relationship-builder.
* You’re naturally organised and thrive on managing deadlines, people, and moving parts.
* You’re comfortable using tools like Zoom, Mailchimp, and CRMs.
* You’ve got a commercial mindset and a calm, solutions-focused approach.
* You care about delivering work that’s meaningful and impactful.
What’s on offer:
* Remote-first working (UK-based) with regular London meet-ups
* Home office setup allowance
* 25 days holiday + UK bank holidays + Christmas shutdown
* A purpose-led, people-focused culture with genuine room to grow
Location note:
While the role is remote-first, you’ll need to be in London two to three days a week during key programme periods (mainly March–July and October–November). This will mostly be for client events and meetings. There may also be ad-hoc trips to cities like Manchester, Birmingham or Bristol.
