This is a Monday to Friday, office‑hours role with hybrid working and full training provided. Key details Salary: £39,500–£42,000 plus approval and performance‑related bonus Location: Guildford assessment centre Working pattern: Monday to Friday, office hours only Hybrid working: Minimum two days per week onsite (not fully remote) No nights, weekends, shifts, or on‑call Full‑time and part‑time opportunities available The role You will use your nursing experience to complete structured functional assessments for Personal Independence Payment (PIP) and/or Work Capability Assessment (WCA). Assessments focus on how physical and mental health conditions affect a person’s ability to carry out daily activities or work‑related tasks, rather than diagnosis or treatment. All work is completed within clearly defined clinical frameworks, with ongoing training and clinical support. Assessments are completed via: Telephone Video consultation Face‑to‑face (non‑clinical setting) You will typically complete 3 to 5 assessments per day, depending on assessment type.
