Temporary Vacancy - Finance Manager
Location: Bury St Edmunds, IP33
Rate: including holiday pay) per hour
Contract length: 3 months
Hours: Full time
Seeking a Deputy Finance Manager to join a Finance team and play a key role in supporting the financial health and strategic direction.
Duties:
1. Provide expert financial support and advice to clinical and operational leaders across.
2. Lead on monthly management reporting, forecasting, and budget setting.
3. Support the development of business cases and financial strategies aligned with Trust objectives.
4. Drive cost improvement initiatives and ensure robust financial governance.
5. Deputise for the Finance and Performance Manager and line manage a Management Accountant.
6. Champion financial awareness and training across the organisation.
What We’re Looking For:
7. Part-qualified CCAB accountant or equivalent.
8. Minimum 5 years’ experience in financial management.
9. NHS finance experience.
