Due to an exciting period of growth, Kenny Waste Management are looking to hire a Supply Chain Administrator. We are looking for candidates who are friendly, great communicators and excellent at building rapport with suppliers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administration support to the Supply Chain team in order to improve productivity, quality and efficiency in all elements of Supply Chain.

Job Description:
* Update and record all Supplier Compliance documentation using a Master Spreadsheet and all other relevant platforms
* To monitor the national quotations pipeline to select the correct Waste Partner and provide all the cost pricing for the skip sizes and waste streams required for the Sales team to provide a quotation. Focus on quick turnaround for pricing these opportunities to manage and maintain our competitive edge to help Kenny Waste Management win new business
* Ensure all Waste Partner details are kept up to date and recorded accurately
* Auditing of Waste Partner's Waste Transfer Notes (WTNs) to ensure full compliance and then communicating/recording any anomalies and managing these through to resolution
* Assist with producing the monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports
* Provide the Customer Service & Sales team with pricing for small projects using existing Waste Partner agreed buying rates
* Create adhoc reports using MS Office as and when required
* Resolve basic Waste Partner queries / issues using own initiative and escalate complex issues to line manager
* Investigate and where possible resolve any queries with Waste Partner invoices
* Support the Supply Chain Team with daily administration i.e. filing and processing forms
* Other ad hoc requests as reasonably requested
EXPERIENCE
Desirable: Previous experience in supply chain
