About The Role
We are looking for an Event Project Co‑ordinator for a 12‑Month Placement to join our growing Delegate Management project team. The role focuses on supporting the Project Team in the administration and processing of delegate registration and accommodation, providing a professional service to both internal and external clients.
Responsibilities
* Administer and process registrations and hotel bookings, assisting delegates as needed.
* Manage all project mailboxes, incoming queries and calls.
* Maintain a high standard of general knowledge across all programmes and services for assigned projects.
* Provide regular reporting throughout the project life cycle, including rooming lists and change reports.
* Assist onsite when appropriate to ensure client expectations are met, both in the UK and overseas.
Key Qualifications
* Proven customer‑service experience.
* Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel, and experience with databases.
* Excellent communication skills, calm, proactive and collaborative.
* Ability to multitask, meet service level agreements, and adapt to changing priorities.
Additional Requirements
* 12‑Month Placement suitable for students studying an Event Management degree.
* Hybrid role: 3 days per week at our Fleet office.
* Standard working hours 9:00 am – 5:30 pm with a one‑hour break.
* Ability to travel within the UK and overseas.
* Right to work in the UK.
