Regional Account Health & Safety ManagerLocation: Dublin 8Salary: Up to €75,000 per annum plus Sodexo BenefitsThe RoleWe are looking for an experienced Regional Account Health & Safety Manager to lead and embed a strong safety culture across a large, multi-site account.This is a high-impact role where you'll provide expert guidance, influence senior stakeholders, and ensure full compliance with health, safety, environmental, and risk management standards.Reporting to the Divisional Health & Safety Lead, with a dotted line to the Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving continuous improvement and supporting operational excellence across all service lines.Key ResponsibilitiesLead health & safety across the account, embedding policies, procedures, and behavioural safety initiatives into day-to-day operationsProvide expert advice and support to operational and management teams on occupational health & safety mattersPlan, conduct, and support internal and external audits, including client and compliance auditsImplement, maintain, and continuously improve HSEQ management systems (ISO 45001, 9001, 14001)Drive behavioural safety and safety culture initiatives through leadership engagement and workforce participationEnsure timely reporting, investigation, and root cause analysis of incidents, near misses, and non-conformancesDevelop and review site-specific risk assessments, procedures, and safe systems of workSupport business continuity planning and emergency response preparednessMonitor performance data, identify trends, and deliver targeted improvement initiativesWhat We're Looking ForEssential:NEBOSH Certificate (or equivalent) in Occupational Health & SafetyMembership of IOSHStrong working knowledge of current Health & Safety legislationProven experience in Facilities Management or a similar multi-site environmentExperience with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to prioritise, manage deadlines, and work independentlyDesirable:Manual Handling Trainer qualificationPermit to Work experienceExperience leading or influencing small teamsKey CompetenciesStrong leadership and people management capabilityInfluential communicator with the ability to engage at all levelsOrganised, solutions-focused, and results drivenHigh attention to quality, compliance, and continuous improvement
