Management Accountant - £45,000 + Study Support + Benefits

Robert Half Finance & Accounting are recruiting for a Management Accountant to join a leading, nationally recognised brand based in Wakefield. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys combining business partnering with hands-on management accounting.
The Role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will play a key role in driving financial performance and supporting operational decision-making.
Responsibilities include:
* Preparing monthly management accounts and variance analysis
* Partnering with operational teams to provide insight and challenge
* Supporting budgeting, forecasting and performance reviews
* Identifying opportunities for process improvement and driving change
* Assisting with ad-hoc projects and strategic initiatives
The Ideal Management Accountant will be:
* CIMA or ACCA part-qualified (or equivalent)
* Strong management accounting experience with exposure to business partnering
* Commercially aware, confident communicator and able to influence stakeholders
* Career-oriented with a proactive approach to driving change and adding value
Salary & Benefits:
* £40,000 - £45,000 per annum
