Overview
As a band 5 on Padarn your main responsibilities will include:
Responsibilities
* Manage a team of patients and ensure patient needs are met.
* Maintain patients nursing documentation and records.
* Communicate and involve patients and their relatives/carer in the planning and delivery of care.
* Assist in leading a Multidisciplinary meeting for discharge.
* Co-ordinate the work of healthcare support workers, assistants, practitioners and students in the delivery of nursing care.
* Participate in service development and ward Accreditation.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
