Food Service Assistant (Relief) role at Patriot Properties Group.

Responsibilities
* Provide efficient and timely service of food and beverages to residents, supporting the delivery of an excellent, customer-focused service while adhering to the highest food safety standards.
* Prepare the dining room and serve quality, nutritious meals; get to know residents’ preferences and ensure meals are available; keep pantries stocked.
* Liaise with catering and care management teams to ensure good communication.
* Maintain a helpful and friendly presence in social spaces; clean tables after service; stock small kitchens; monitor fridge temperatures and keep kitchens clean and tidy.
About You
* Relevant customer service experience in a care home environment.
* Experience following Food Safety and Health & Safety procedures; working knowledge of Food Safety regulations.
* Ability to work positively with residents and colleagues from diverse backgrounds; strong interpersonal and oral communication skills.
