Main duties: Being part of the leadership team, you will be responsible for managing a team of export sales managers with the focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets. The role: - Taking a strategic approach in leading your team of export sales managers - Working together with the distribution partners building strong relationships - Be in charge of generating income across the distribution network identifying new opportunities where necessary - Collaborate with key customers and retailers understanding their needs in order to support product development - Meet targets by developing and delivering sales strategies - Search for ongoing improvements in dealing with the distribution network providing insight to the internal departments - Be responsible for recruiting and training sales managers as well as evaluate individual performances - Analyse financial data in order to make decisions which ensure business needs are met The candidate: - Experience in leading and managing a sales team essential - Business to business experience working within a capital equipment sales environment - Proven track record of exceeding sales targets - Outstanding communication skills with the ability to build good relationships - Excellent leadership skills - Dynamic, ambitious and able to work under pressure The salary: up to £90,000 per annum plus OTE bonus and a company car or allowance
