We are hiring an Implementation Specialist, who has a desire to lead clients through the onboarding process and has the aptitude to be a great problem solver and Customer Success team member.
As an Implementation Specialist, you'll drive successful onboarding for Enterprise customers, working closely with customers and in partnership with an assigned Solution Architect (SA). The ideal candidate is one who can translate client needs into executable project plans and can lead clients through the onboarding process. You'll act as an internal expert for the onboarding process, ensuring quality execution and on-time delivery.
This is a client-facing position and will require up to 15% travel.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate directly with customers, including data analysts and subject matter experts, to gather requirements and understand workflows
* Assist in the creation and customization of AI solutions by leveraging platform tools, working closely with customers to define intents, and translating business needs into functional AI capabilities
* Guide customers through best practices for AI solution implementation, training, and maintenance
* Support Solution Architects (SAs) by contributing to overall customer engagement
* Lead customer training sessions and workshops, helping teams understand how to use AI tools, interpret AI outputs, and refine AI for optimal performance
* Document AI solution design patterns, training strategies, and best practices, sharing feedback with internal teams
* Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams, advocating for features and enhancements that improve AI capabilities and streamline customer workflows
* Facilitate a smooth transition to ongoing support
The Ideal Candidate:
* 2-3 years of customer-facing experience in a technology or SaaS company, ideally involving technical onboarding, solution design, or AI platform support
* Foundational understanding of AI concepts, including natural language processing (NLP), and conversational flows, with hands-on exposure to AI tools or platforms (no coding required, but a plus!)
* Curiosity and agility in learning new AI technologies, with a passion for understanding how AI solutions work and how they can be tailored to meet diverse customer needs
* Strong analytical and logical thinking skills, capable of breaking down complex problems, identifying data patterns, and interpreting AI model outputs to guide improvements
* Proactive problem-solver with a strong sense of ownership and accountability, willing to roll up sleeves to address customer challenges and deliver value
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines, maintaining focus on quality and outcomes even in fast-paced or ambiguous situations
* Exceptional communication skills, able to explain AI concepts clearly to non-technical users, facilitate training sessions, and convey technical ideas in simple terms
* Excited by the intersection of technology, people, and process, ready to help customers unlock the potential of AI by making it understandable, usable, and impactful
