This is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing all landlord compliance workstreams, ensuring statutory and regulatory obligations are met while delivering a high-quality, customer-focused service. Overview of the Role Reporting into the Assistant Director of Health, Safety and Compliance, you will lead a multi-disciplinary team delivering key compliance programmes across housing stock. This includes gas, electrical, fire, water hygiene, asbestos, lifts, and wider M&E services. You will act as the organisation’s responsible person for compliance, ensuring services are safe, efficient, and aligned with legal requirements and best practice.
