Salary: Band H - £27336.00 to £29835.00 FTE (dep on qualifications and experience)

The role of Success Coach Coordinator not only allows you to enjoy engaging with students through PSD session delivery, 1:1 and group sessions, and equipping students with the tools and knowledge they need to remove barriers, you will also coordinate the service delivered by the Success Coach team.
Collaborating within the team, curriculum areas, and the wider Student Services provision, your ability to create effective resources, schedules, and processes will ensure that the Success Coach impact is not only consistent across East Coast College, but also purposeful and effective.
