This is an exciting opportunity to join a friendly team. Flexible working hours and pattern, with a minimum of 25hrs/week, full time hours are also available.
Key Responsibilities of a Commercial Property Lawyer:
* Handling land disposals
* Sales and acquisitions
* Advising on Landlord and Tenant cases
* Leases and licences
* Academy conversions
Desirable Skills and Requirements of a Commercial Property Lawyer:
* Strong background in public sector/local authorities
* Previous experience handling commercial property work
* Ability to competently manage a large caseload
Ideally, the candidate would attend the office on a hybrid basis, however the client is willing to consider remote working.
